The service
AI Interview Practice ("the service") is operated by WithMagic, in California, United States. It runs a practice job interview with an AI interviewer, planned from a job description you provide, and gives you written feedback afterwards.
What it is not
It is practice. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a copy of any company's hiring process or AI interviewer. It does not guarantee any interview result or job offer. The feedback is produced by an AI model and can be wrong, so use your own judgment.
Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that email secure. You must be 18 or older.
Payment
Interviews are sold in packs, currently $12 for one interview and $29 for three, charged once through Stripe. Your card statement will show WITHMAGIC* INTERVIEW, because AI Interview Practice is made by WithMagic. There is no subscription. An interview is used only when its debrief is produced. If you stop partway, it is not used. Unused interviews do not expire while the service operates.
Refunds
If an interview fails because of a fault on our side, email support@withmagic.ai within 14 days and we will restore the interview or refund it. Unused interviews can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not paste anything you are not allowed to share, attempt to break or overload the service, resell access, or use it to generate unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you paste and say. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you. How we handle it is described in the privacy policy.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and law
We may update these terms, and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States.
